The Pro XD Mid-Size is optimized for tighter routes, lighter loads, and facility-focused workflows where agility and ease of use outweigh raw hauling capacity. The Pro XD Full-Size is designed for heavier-duty work, larger crews, and material movement where capacity and durability are the main decision drivers. 

Payload, towing, and cargo handling 

Pro XD Mid-Size offers a 500 lb cargo box, 1,500 lb towing capacity, and up to 1,123 lb total payload. This makes it well suited for tools, parts, and maintenance supplies. Pro XD Full-Size increases capability significantly with a 1,250 lb cargo box, 2,500 lb towing capacity, and up to 2,075 lb payload, making it the better choice when transporting bulk materials or heavier equipment. 

Engine options and power focus 

Pro XD Mid-Size is powered by the Polaris ProStar 570 DOHC engine, delivering consistent performance for lighter-duty commercial use. Pro XD Full-Size offers more flexibility with a choice between a Kubota 24.5 horsepower diesel engine for jobsite-focused fleets or a Polaris ProStar 1000cc gas engine for applications that benefit from broader speed adjustability. 

Speed control and compliance 

Both Pro XD models are delivered at 26 mph for jobsite compliance and can be limited to 15 mph where required. The Mid-Size can be adjusted up to 40 mph for mixed-use environments. On the Full-Size, diesel models remain compliance-oriented while gas models provide the widest adjustable range from 15 to 40 mph, supporting facilities with varied operating zones. 

Maintenance intervals and uptime 

Pro XD Mid-Size supports extended service intervals up to 200 hours, helping reduce maintenance downtime for facility fleets. Pro XD Full-Size varies by engine type, with gas models requiring more frequent service intervals and diesel models offering longer intervals that align well with heavy-duty, jobsite-driven usage. 

Safety visibility and durability 

Both models include high-visibility seatbelts, decals, horns, and backup alarms to support shared-traffic environments. The Mid-Size emphasizes durability appropriate for daily facility use with Kevlar-backed seats and 8-ply tires. The Full-Size adds heavier-duty suspension and driveline components along with a larger poly cargo bed sized to handle palletized materials.

Choose the Pro XD Mid-Size if turning space, route density, and lighter loads are your primary constraints. Choose the Pro XD Full-Size if payload, towing capacity, and minimizing trips by carrying more material each run are your top priorities.
