Financing Options

1. Full Payout / $1.00 Option Lease

This finance option allows the customer to finance the equipment over the lease term, with the option of owning the equipment at the end of the term for $1.00.

  • Maintenance may be added to lease billing
2. Lease with Purchase Option

This finance option allows the customer to either purchase the equipment at the end of the lease (for an amount specified up front), or return the equipment.

  • Pay only for the equipment use
  • Maintenance may be added to lease billing
3. Fair Market Value Lease

An operating lease in which the customer may either purchase the equipment for a fair market value at lease end, or return the equipment.

  • Maintenance may be added to lease billing
4. Master Lease for Major Companies

This option simplifies leasing for companies with multiple locations and equipment by allowing the customer to negotiate one agreement applicable to many locations over an extended period of time.

  • Avoids lease negotiation for each location
  • Simplifies central office accounting through master billing
  • Maintenance may be added to lease billing
